My mother-in-law visited this past weekend for her birthday. When I asked if she wanted me to cook her anything in particular, this corn dish is what she requested. It has a little kick from the jalapeños, but the corn and cheese make it mild enough that my kids even enjoyed it.
Hello friend, my name is Katie and pizza is my favorite food. Yes, I’m in my thirties and yes, I have three daughters that I’m raising and homeschooling and nagging, but I think you’d be most interested to know that I would eat pizza for every meal of every day and never complain. There was a brief time (ages 8-11) when I thought that mashed potatoes was my favorite food, but I’ve since come around. That being said, I don’t only talk about pizza.
