What We Ate: Breakfast

I rotate and variate these three breakfasts like crazy around here, especially in the summer! Yogurt bowls, oatmeal bowls, and eggs + fruit. If I don’t give my kids a pretty hearty breakfast, they ask me for snacks by 9am. To really punch out the oatmeal, I melt a tablespoon of butter into each serving, make it with milk instead of water, and top with fruit and nuts.

Hello friend, my name is Katie and pizza is my favorite food. Yes, I’m in my thirties and yes, I have three daughters that I’m raising and homeschooling and nagging, but I think you’d be most interested to know that I would eat pizza for every meal of every day and never complain.
